CONDITIONS OF USE
By purchasing from GLOCKMEISTER you are affirming that you are 18 years of age or older (21 and older for the purchase of ammunition, handguns and stockless shotguns) and that the ordered merchandise is legal to purchase in your state.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Any information gathered from you is strictly for use by GLOCKMEISTER. We will not sell and/or distribute your information to anyone.
Determining the compatibility of any product for specific use is the responsibility of the buyer. All firearms are potentially dangerous and can cause great harm, personal injury or death. Parts for firearms can cause your firearm to malfunction or accidentally discharge if they are installed incorrectly or are not up to factory specifications. All parts should be installed by a Certified GLOCK Armorer. No liability is expressed or implied for damage or injury as a result of the installation or use of any of the parts or accessories obtained from GLOCKMEISTER. Warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the original part or accessory only.
PRICING, PAYMENTS AND AVAILABILITY

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. Money orders are also accepted. We do not accept gift cards or checks.

SHIPPING POLICY AND EXCEPTIONS
GLOCKMEISTER endeavors to ship all orders as soon as possible. We start processing Priority Mail, First Class and FedEx Ground / Home Delivery orders for shipment at 7:30 AM AZST. All orders with these shipment methods will usually ship the same day they are processed, but can take 2 - 5 business days to ship from our warehouse depending on current order volume.
FedEx Ground, Home and Express services will not deliver to P.O. Boxes – please use a USPS option for these.
If you live in Alaska or Hawaii your order can ONLY ship via FedEx 2-day or USPS Priority Mail.
If your mailing address is an APO or you live in Guam, Puerto Rico or another territory of the United States we can only ship your package via USPS Priority Mail
Firearms, upper receivers and lower receivers ship in 2-4 business days after a copy of the receiving FFL’s license is obtained (if applicable).

NOTE: Fed Ex shipping for FE2 and FE3 are business day delivery only. Fed Ex Overnight can be delivered on Saturdays for an additional charge.
Although most of our items show a stock status that we work hard to maintain and keep accurate, sometimes the status displayed is incorrect. GLOCKMEISTER will give you a backorder notification within two business days if this is the case. It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel the backorder if they no longer wish to wait for the item.
GLOCKMEISTER strives for accuracy in our advertising but errors in pricing and/or photography may occur. We reserve the right to correct any such errors. Photography is for illustration purposes only and may not reflect the actual product. It is the responsibility of the buyer to read the entire description of the item they are purchasing prior to checking out and to contact us if they have any questions relating to appearance, pricing or function.
Customers who have purchased an item at regular price up to thirty days prior to that item being placed on sale will have a seven day period from the day that item goes on sale to contact GLOCKMEISTER customer service and request the difference in price be applied toward a future purchase. The credit must be used toward a new purchase no less than the amount being issued and the purchase must be made within the same seven day time frame.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Customers must contact GLOCKMEISTER within seven days of receiving their order to inform us of discrepancies. Customers have seven days from when tracking information shows “delivered” to notify GLOCKMEISTER if they have not received their package. If the customer fails to do so, GLOCKMEISTER will not accept any responsibility and any request will be denied.
GLOCKMEISTER will accept the return of new, unused, unaltered, and undamaged merchandise within thirty days from delivery date or thirty days from the in store purchase date. All online order returns require an RMA, a copy of the invoice, the original packaging and all original parts. All store returns require the original receipt, original packaging and all original parts (all store returns must be brought back to the store they were purchased from). In both online sales and retail settings, the item must be returned in packaging that is suitable for resale as new (no scuffs, rips, tears or visible damage).
There are no returns allowed for firearms, lowers, uppers, ammunition, installed sights or parts that have been installed, used, altered or modified otherwise (this includes bending, grinding, polishing, color filling, etc).
GLOCKMEISTER products purchased through third party vendors (eBay, Amazon, etc) are not eligible for return, exchange or warranty services.
All other items are subject to a restocking fee at the sole discretion of GLOCKMEISTER.
NOTE: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that when shipping back merchandise for return or exchange (either by fault of the customer or Glockmeister) that the items are packaged well to avoid damage, loss or theft. Glockmeister will not be responsible for items returned in unsuitable packing materials that lead to the above conditions and reserve the right to refuse exchange / refund amounts if this happens.
Firearms (lower receivers included) purchased through GLOCKMEISTER will only ship to an entity with a Federal Firearms License (FFL). If you know the FFL that you’d like to have the gun sent to please note it on page two of the checkout process in the “SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS” section. If you do not know the name of the location to which you’d like your gun shipped, you may use our “FFL Finder” feature.
If we do not have a copy of your dealer’s FFL you are responsible for providing them our email or fax information: firstname.lastname@example.org or 602-218-6383.
If no FFL is received for your order within seven days of being placed it will be canceled by our system.
Glockmeister is not responsible for any firearm transfer fees that you may incur at your FFL. It is your responsibility to contact your chosen FFL regarding transfer fees.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their order is 100% correct before completing transfer of the firearm at their FFL. Any discrepancies with the order must be addressed before taking possession. If the customer accepts transfer of the firearm, they forfeit any resolution to those discrepancies.
NOTE: Glockmeister accepts incoming transfers at all of our retail locations. The price for each transfer is $30.00 for non-CCW holders and $25.00 for CCW holders. Transfers must have a copy of the shipping FFL and an invoice enclosed with the firearm. Failure to have this information provided, will cause delays with you picking up the transfer.
NOTE: If you are local and prefer picking up your firearm at our Mesa or Tucson location, please do not purchase your firearm online requesting that you pick it up at one of those two locations. Mesa and Tucson have their own inventories and can most likely accommodate you immediately. By placing an order online and requesting a Mesa or Tucson pick-up will not only delay your order, but place an unnecessary pending charge on your account. The online order will be canceled and you will need to pay at the retail location that you're picking up at once you've completed your paperwork.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Gun orders will not ship immediately after they are placed and normally require a two to four business day processing time after the FFL has been received.
We will not ship a gun without a signature to an FFL that is not addressed commercially. Gun orders shipping to residential addresses will be charged an $8.00 fee for signature required services.
The only other methods for firearm shipment are Overnight or Priority Overnight services by FedEx Express which are still subject to the standard processing time of two to four business days. Starting prices for these options are around $60 depending on your state.
Some FFL dealers have certain requirements for firearms shipments being sent to them such as signature required, weekday delivery or overnight only. It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine and inform us of this. GLOCKMEISTER will not be held liable for rejected shipments and subsequent charges as a result of this condition not being met. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges not included in standard USPS Priority Mail.
If your order requires limited capacity magazines (10 rounds or less) due to restrictions in your State, the firearm will be shipped with those magazines. If the limited capacity magazines are out of stock at the time, the customer has the option to ship ahead without the limited capacity magazines or wait for the magazines to become available and ship at a later date. No adjustment or credit will be made or issued to customers that do not want limited capacity magazines.
Glockmeister reserves the right to hold any online / phone order that could be considered as fraudulent. Delays with these orders will be determined by the amount of time it takes for the customer to resolve any and all addressed issues.
In addition to the aforementioned terms, the customer is subject to paying the original shipping price as well as a restocking fee up to 25% if a gun is returned to us as non-transferable (you did not pass a background check, failed to pick up your gun in the allotted time, etc). If you ordered the wrong gun by mistake, you will not be charged a restocking fee but must pay both the cost of return and second shipment for the correct gun.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to review the invoice, firearm and confirm that all additional items are installed and/or included BEFORE accepting possession of a firearm order at their FFL. GLOCKMEISTER WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR BE HELD LIABLE FOR MISSING OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS AFTER THE TRANSFER HAS BEEN COMPLETED. If something is incorrect or damaged, the buyer should not accept the transfer and call us at 1-888-456-2563.
EXPORT RESTRICTIONS WARNING
Export of some Glockmeister products are strictly prohibited without a valid export license issued by the U.S. Department of State, in accordance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) (22 C.F.R. 120-130) or a valid export license issued by the U.S. Department of Commerce, in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) (15 C.F.R. 730-774).
U.S. law prohibits the sale, transfer, or export of items to certain restricted parties, destinations, and embargoed countries, as identified on lists maintained by the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Department of Commerce, and the U.S. Department of Treasury. It is the responsibility of the Customer to be aware of these lists, which can be found at the following U.S. Government websites. By proceeding with any transaction, the Customer certifies that the Customer will not engage in any unauthorized transaction involving the export of Glockmeister products to any restricted parties or destinations.
By proceeding with a transaction to purchase any items from Glockmeister, the Customer certifies that it will comply with all requirements imposed by all applicable laws, regulations and administrative policies.
Glockmeister reserves the right to inquire into the customer, use and country of destination of any product ordered on this website.
