Any information gathered from you is strictly for use by GLOCKMEISTER. We will not sell and/or distribute your information to anyone.
LIABILITY
Determining the compatibility of any product for specific use is the responsibility of the buyer. All firearms are potentially dangerous and can cause personal injury or death. Parts for firearms can cause your firearm to malfunction or accidentally discharge if they are installed incorrectly or are outside of factory specifications. All parts should be installed by a Certified GLOCK Armorer. No liability is expressed or implied for damage or injury as a result of the installation or use of any of the parts or accessories obtained from GLOCKMEISTER. Warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the original part or accessory only.

ONLINE ORDERS
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards, as well as money orders, personal/cashier's checks, and ACH payments. Orders paid by money order or check will be held until funds clear. We do not accept gift cards or pre-paid/cash cards.
IN-STORE PURCHASES
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All cards must display the cardholder’s name and be matched against a government-issued ID. We do not accept gift cards, pre-paid/cash cards, checks, or money orders.
SHIPPING POLICY AND EXCEPTIONS
GLOCKMEISTER endeavors to ship all orders as soon as possible. We start processing Priority Mail, First Class, and FedEx orders for shipment at 9:30 AM AZST. These orders will usually ship the same day they are processed, but can take 3 - 14 business days to ship from our warehouse depending on current order volume. If an item is drop shipping from a 3rd party warehouse additional delays may apply.
FedEx Ground, Home, and Express services will not deliver to P.O. Boxes; please use a USPS option for these.
If you live in Alaska or Hawaii your order can ONLY ship via FedEx 2-day, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS First Class (provided the package meets First Class requirements).
If your mailing address is an APO or in a US territory we can only ship your package via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class (provided the package meets First Class requirements).
Firearms as well as upper and lower receivers will ship in 3 - 10 business days after we receive a copy of the receiving dealer’s FFL license (if applicable).

NOTE: FedEx shipping for FE2 and FE3 are business day delivery only. FedEx Overnight can be delivered on Saturdays for an additional charge.
AVAILABILITY
We provide a stock status on our website that will display “in stock” if there is at least one of a given item available at the time of order. We work hard to keep this status accurate, but sometimes the status displayed is incorrect. We reserve the right to these inaccuracies and can correct them with or without notice to the customer. If an order is placed for greater than the on hand quantity of any given product or part we will adjust the ordered quantity and ship the in stock products.
ITEM DESCRIPTIONS
GLOCKMEISTER strives for accuracy in our advertising but errors in pricing and/or photography may occur. We reserve the right to these errors and to correct any such errors. Photography is for illustration purposes only and may not reflect the actual product. It is the responsibility of the buyer to read the entire description of the item they are purchasing prior to checking out and to contact us if they have any questions relating to appearance, pricing, or function.
SALE PRICING
Customers who have purchased an item at regular price up to thirty days prior to that item being placed on sale will have a seven day period from the day that item goes on sale to contact GLOCKMEISTER customer service and request the difference in price be applied toward a future purchase. The credit must be used toward a new purchase no less than the amount being issued and the purchase must be made within the same seven day time frame.
- RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
ORDER DISCREPANCIES
Customers must contact GLOCKMEISTER within seven days of receiving their order to inform us of discrepancies. Customers have seven days from when tracking information shows “delivered” to notify GLOCKMEISTER if they have not received their package. If the customer fails to do so, GLOCKMEISTER will not accept any responsibility and any request will be denied.
RETURNS
GLOCKMEISTER will accept the return of new, unused, unaltered, and undamaged merchandise within thirty days from delivery date or thirty days from the in store purchase date. All returns require the original receipt/copy of invoice, the original packaging, and all original parts. Additionally, online returns require an RMA and retail returns must be brought to the original location of purchase. The original packaging must be in new/resaleable condition (no scuffs, rips, tears, visible damage, etc).
There are no returns allowed for firearms, lowers, uppers, ammunition, installed sights, or parts that have been installed, used, altered, or otherwise modified (this includes bending, grinding, polishing, color filling, etc). GLOCKMEISTER reserves the right to assess an up to 25% restocking fee if you are denied by NICS, fail to take possesion of, or otherwise refuse the transfer of a special-ordered firearm, to include Blue Label law enforcement firearms.
GLOCKMEISTER products purchased through third party vendors (eBay, Amazon, etc) are not eligible for return, exchange or warranty services. All other items are subject to a restocking fee at the sole discretion of GLOCKMEISTER.
NOTE: GLOCKMEISTER will not be responsible for items returned in unsuitable packing materials that leads to the loss, theft, or damage of the merchandise and reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund should this occur.
- FIREARM PURCHASES
GENERAL
Firearms (including lower receivers) will only ship to an entity with a Federal Firearms License (FFL). If you know the FFL that you’d like to have the firearm sent to please note it on page two of the checkout process in the “SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS” section. If you do not know the name of the location to which you’d like your gun shipped, you may use our “FFL Finder” feature.
If we do not have a copy of your dealer’s FFL you will be notified via email and are responsible for providing them our email information: ffl@glockmeister.com. If no FFL is received for your order within seven days of being placed it will be canceled by our system.
*NOTE: If the dealer you selected is a home-based FFL we will add an $8 charge for adult signature required to ensure that the firearm is delivered to a person and does not get left in a mailbox. *
GLOCKMEISTER is not responsible for any firearm transfer fees that you may incur at your FFL. It is your responsibility to contact your chosen FFL regarding transfer fees.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their order is 100% correct before completing transfer of the firearm at their FFL. Any discrepancies with the order must be addressed before taking possession. If the customer accepts transfer of the firearm, they forfeit any resolution to those discrepancies.
NOTE: GLOCKMEISTER accepts incoming transfers at all of our retail locations. The price for each transfer is $35; this fee still applies even if you are denied by a NICS background check or otherwise refuse to take possession of your firearm. Transfers must have a copy of the shipping FFL and an invoice enclosed with the firearm; your pickup will be delayed if the dealer does not ship this info with the firearm and it will be your responsibility to have them provide that info to us. All private party transfers must be pre-arranged with Glockmeister and will incur additional fees. Any transfer left for more than 30 days at one of our stores becomes the property of Glockmeister.
NOTE: If you are a local customer and wish to pick up your firearm at one of our retail locations, you may request to do so in the special instructions box during checkout. For Phoenix pickups your online order will be processed normally and you will be provided with your invoice at pickup. For Mesa and Litchfield pickups your online order will be canceled and you will need to pay in store after completing the relevant paperwork.
COVID-19 POLICY FOR FIREARM ORDERS
CONTACTING CUSTOMERS FOR FIREARM BACKORDER PICK UPS
Please note that if your voicemail box is full or not set up and we're unable to leave you a voicemail regarding your firearm order being ready for pick up, your order will be held for one week before it's canceled and assigned to the next order in line as your caller ID will have shown that we attempted to contact you.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Gun orders will not ship immediately after they are placed and normally require a two to four business day processing time after the FFL has been received.
We will generally ship all firearms USPS Priority Mail. The only other available methods are FedEx Overnight or Priority Overnight services which are still subject to the standard processing time of two to four business days. Starting prices for these options are around $60 depending on your state.
Some FFL dealers have certain requirements for firearms shipments being sent to them such as signature required, weekday delivery, or overnight only. It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine and inform us of this. GLOCKMEISTER will not be held liable for rejected shipments and subsequent charges as a result of this condition not being met. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges not included in standard USPS Priority Mail.
Orders requiring limited capacity magazines (10 rounds or less) due to state/local restrictions will be shipped with those mags in lieu of the standard capacity ones. If the limited capacity magazines are out of stock at the time, the customer has the option to ship ahead without the limited capacity magazines or wait for the magazines to become available and ship at a later date. No adjustment or credit will be made or issued to customers that do not want limited capacity magazines.
GLOCKMEISTER will not be held responsible for customers not utilizing the drop down menu for shipping carrier options. Customers must contact us via phone, voicemail, or email prior to their order shipping for us to make a change to the shipping method. GLOCKMEISTER will not retroactively adjust the shipping price after the carrier has picked up the package.
GLOCKMEISTER reserves the right to hold any order that could be considered as fraudulent. Delays with these orders will be determined by the amount of time it takes for the customer to resolve any and all addressed issues.
RETURNS
In addition to the aforementioned terms, the customer is subject to paying the original shipping price (to include any return shipments) as well as a restocking fee of up to 25% if a gun is returned to us as non-transferable (you did not pass a background check, failed to pick up your gun in the allotted time, refused transfer, etc).
DISCREPANCIES
It is the buyer’s responsibility to review the invoice, firearm and confirm that all additional items are installed and/or included BEFORE accepting possession of a firearm order at their FFL. GLOCKMEISTER WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR BE HELD LIABLE FOR MISSING OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS AFTER THE TRANSFER HAS BEEN COMPLETED. If something is incorrect or damaged, the buyer should not accept the transfer and email us at glockmeister@glockmeister.com.
EXPORT RESTRICTIONS WARNING
Export of some GLOCKMEISTER products are strictly prohibited without a valid export license issued by the U.S. Department of State, in accordance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) (22 C.F.R. 120-130) or a valid export license issued by the U.S. Department of Commerce, in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) (15 C.F.R. 730-774).
U.S. law prohibits the sale, transfer, or export of items to certain restricted parties, destinations, and embargoed countries, as identified on lists maintained by the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Department of Commerce, and the U.S. Department of Treasury. It is the responsibility of the Customer to be aware of these lists, which can be found at the following U.S. Government website (https://www.pmddtc.state.gov). By proceeding with any transaction, the Customer certifies that the Customer will not engage in any unauthorized transaction involving the export of GLOCKMEISTER products to any restricted parties or destinations.
By proceeding with a transaction to purchase any items from GLOCKMEISTER, the Customer certifies that it will comply with all requirements imposed by all applicable laws, regulations and administrative policies.
GLOCKMEISTER reserves the right to inquire into the customer, use and country of destination of any product ordered on this website.
